Purpose and Focus
Prepare women currently holding positions in management as well as those preparing for upward mobility to properly utilize the tools and skill-set necessary to break through any glass ceiling within their business environment including business ownership growth. Receive Referrals and Recommendations based on your ability to Lead and Communicate in a Networking Environment.
To be a successful woman in business you need to understand the foundation, concepts and techniques that form the basis for breaking through any gender bias a woman will face in her career and entrepreneurial pursuits. This program is designed to bring theory and practice together through audio and workbook activities throughout the ten week sessions. While you work through each section of the series, be prepared to think through experiences and role play various scenarios that are faced in the interpersonal and functional interactions of business. The Final Execution
The instructor, Diane Dutton is an MBA, CPA and published author with 28 years experience as a corporate financial executive. She has written "The Step Up to Success System" and "A Woman's Ladder To Success is Paved with Broken Glass Ceilings". She has been interviewed on CN8 Your Morning Show as well as several radio shows discussing the subject of women breaking the glass ceiling.
The course fee includes a ten week program of audio and workbook chapters and a short final exam to receive the certification, a copy of "A Woman's Ladder To Success is Paved with Broken Glass Ceilings" and "The Step Up To Success System". All of these tools will be utilized throughout the 10 week program.
